SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) is an international test conducted by the College Board 7-8 times a year. SAT is accepted in many universities throughout Pakistan and even international universities.
Digital SAT is a 2-hour 14-minute test and has 1600 marks. The test is divided into two portions and each portion is divided into two more sections.
Math contains two sections with 22 questions each. The total time given for this portion is 70 minutes long (1 minute 35 seconds per question). SAT math is relatively easy as compared to English and contains simple and advanced mathematical problems. You can view the SAT Math syllabus here:
Reading and Writing contains 54 questions divided into two sections. The total time given for this portion is 64 minutes long (1 minute 11 seconds per question). You can view the SAT Reading and Writing syllabus here:

The best resource to prepare for your Digital SAT is Khan Academy. Khan Academy is a non-profit and 100% free online learning platform that includes a whole syllabus set with practice questions and explanatory videos for the SAT. I prepared my SATs from Khan Academy and it is worth giving a shot.
